Content
Colony's latitude can be set before starting a new game, providing new challenges.
Buses have limited passenger capacity.
Structures can be not only disabled, but also suspended, keeping their connections and being ready to resume.
Life Line renamed to Utility Line.
Power Lines visibly connect to Utility Lines.
Utility Lines visibly connect to structures that only require power.
New resource icons:
Sulfur dioxide
Aluminium alloy
Studio Apartments structure was removed.
Townhouse structure was added.

Structures with new models have been rebalanced in terms of cost and connections.
UX
Reworked system of undismissable notifications. They show up as selectable pins instead of a second row of notifications.
New sound for undismissable notifications.
New notifications for low food, water, oxygen and medicine. Their counters turn red when low.
Added idle/total construction workers count to the status bar.
Removed hope from status bar.
Hope is shown using a pin.
New pins are added to the top of the list instead of bottom.
Colony can be named before game starts.
Buses show which bus line they're assigned to.
Bus stops can be moved by dragging.
Production queue is taken into account when calculating estimated production in production buildings.
Structures highlighted by tutorial are also highlighted using an icon to increase visibility.
When placing a structure, its ghost is colored green when the only issue is missing power/life support connection.
Added resource icons to shuttle's fuel and oxidizer.
Added timestamps to tooltip of saved games.
A popup is shown when manually saving, showing whether the game is still saving.
The game automatically pauses when main menu is opened.
Balance
Rebalanced the amount of hope each objective provides. Earlier objectives give less, while later give more. Overall amount remained the same.
Rebalanced Greenhouse recipes. They produce less food per cycle, but the cycles are shorter, resulting in less water being stored in the Greenhouse. Overall production stayed the same, except for vegetables, where it was increased.
Increased Life Support Ancillary's water recycling capacity, so it can keep up with the necessary Greenhouses.
Construction Office no longer requires research and becomes available after Interim Steel Production objective.
Stockpiles are available earlier (after Interim Concrete Production objective)
Roads are available later (after Short-Term Survival objective)
Added new tasks to Shuttle Discovery objective to make it more obvious what needs to be done.
Increased research cost of Legume Agronomy from 500 to 1000.
Increased research cost of Vegetable Agronomy from 1000 to 2000.
Rebalanced Ceres cargo:
-100 electronic components
+80 pipes
+20 computers
Technical
Laptops with both integrated and dedicated GPUs should automatically switch to dedicated.
Logistics jobs can be combined even when a logistics vehicle is already on its way to pick up resources, resulting in greater logistics efficiency, especially when sending resources from cargo ships.
Removed crash backup saves. They were almost always corrupted.
Main menu music loops.
Structure placement ghosts should clip terrain less often in hilly areas.
Turning off UI visibility also turns off local notifications and cursor light.
Removed "For closed testing only" from the version number. This hasn't been true since the last version.
Fixes
Crash when starting a new game on low-end and occasionally mid-end GPUs.
Crash after a colonist died inside a bus.
Crash when switching to workplace tab of a shuttle while planning a mission.
Crash when a tooltip was shown too close to the edge of a screen in 16:10 resolutions.
Several crashes when a new game was started/saved game was loaded from an already running game.
Crash when clicking on survey office button of an unassigned Surveyor.
Freeze when a Greenhouse was switching to next recipe in queue.
Graphical artifacts when the game was set to fullscreen, but not native resolution.
Idle surveyor notifications could get stuck if it was shown for multiple in-game hours.
Resources shown in repair component of a structure didn't always update properly.
Unit limits of some structures were not set properly, resulting in no units being able to be added.
Priority overlay didn't update when structures finished construction.
Shuttle mission tutorial was never showing.
Storage tank setting tutorial progress state was not saving.
Ship's reactor production progress could go over 100%.
Nickel Flash Smelting recipe had wrong icon.
