Content
Reworked Mining Drills - they are mobile (can be moved from deposit to deposit) and their stats and cost have been rebalanced. They also need life support, but can act as their own provider, just like shuttles.
Colonists produce scrap from consumer goods that they consume. It can be recycled.
Added an event log with filters and time range.

Radio towers' direction indicators stack better.
Added a list of cargo ships a radio tower detects to its UI. A ship can be selected and its direction indicator will be highlighted and stay visible even when the tower is deselected.
Save files can be deleted from the game.
Sorting of save files is remembered between sessions.
Number of autosaves to keep can be adjusted.
Changed life support capacity information to a more understandable format.
Added notification when shuttle can't get enough resources for a mission.
Added a pin showing that a life support provider is missing a crucial resource.
Positions of all currently active construction workers are shown in the priority overlay.
UI for storage buildings shrinks when there aren't enough resources to warrant a large UI.
Logistics office UI shows number of unassigned logistics vehicles.
Added sliders for speed of mouse/keyboard camera rotation.
Added option to survey/explore in order instead of closest area.
When selecting a resource in storage UI, it is also selected in storage filters UI.
Storage filters UI now defaults to only selecting one resource and multiple can be selected with shift.
Local notifications concerning low temperature and pressure now show the temperature and pressure in tooltip.
Balance
Starting resources deposits have a guaranteed minimum grade of 50%.
Increased water requirement for agriculture research objective.
Split water tank in starting ship, so it doesn't hoard resources as much.
Removed Power Diversification and Mine Deconstruction objectives. Wind turbines are necessary for Power Security objective instead.
Moved prerequisite objectives of some objectives around.
Bunkhouse is available after Geosurvey Capability objective.
It's no longer possible to mine unsurveyed resource deposits.
Cargo ships' cargo has been completely rebalanced.
Technical
Meshes of rocks are now batched with terrain, improving rendering performance.
Opaque meshes are no longer sorted before rendering, improving performance.
Added a button to colonist and vehicle UI that resets the colonist's/vehicle's behavior when it's stuck. It's only visible when debug mode is enabled.
Picker works correctly on animated objects and sloped roads/streets.
Fixes
Crash related to movement.
Crash related to buses.
Crash related to getting pixel color of UI.
Crash related to checking of objectives.
Crash when loading a game with disabled shuttle.
Crash when selecting a store after loading a game.
Crash when selecting Advanced Alloying technology.
Integrated Circuits technology had wrong prerequisites.
Shuttle could disappear if the game was reloaded after it had its mission cancelled.
Shuttles didn't order enough spare resources for life support, leading to suffocating workers.
Smokestack had no repair component.
Ship reactor had wrong description regarding amount of power it produces.
Current usage of services was not saved.
Amount of energy in power grid was not updated in energy storage UI if the energy in the storage itself didn't change.
Demolition finished notification didn't show the building's name if it was already completely removed.
Placement ghosts of structures were in wrong place when dragging to place multiple of them and the structure didn't take only one tile.
Roads connected wrong in some very specific cases on slopes.
Stockpile small pile model didn't scale properly with amount of stored resources.
There was no visible pipe connecting Hydrogenation Plant's pipe port to the building.
Icons in status bar were often difficult to mouse over.
