New law specifying minimum allowed occupancy level of apartments.
Not all deposit types are revealed from the start - some now need research.

UX
Only free spaces in apartments that colonists can actually move to are counted as free in the status bar.
Changed tooltip of remaining reserves of crucial resources in status bar to make it clearer they're reserves.
Added new tracked colony stats:
    Population based on age
    Births
    Deaths

Balance
Lowered the number of cargo ships from 24 to 13, doubled their cargo and completely rebalanced it.
Increased food production of Greenhouses by roughly 50% (depending on crop).
Changed order of survival objectives and moved around where some of the structures are unlocked.
Tweaked costs and unlocking requirements of several technologies.
Hope gives 1 health.
Food providers only use packaged food to make meals if other present ingredients don't have enough food variety.
Demolition of large rocks is not allowed until Extraterrestrial landscaping is researched.
Technical
Changed the way load is shared between life support providers.
Colonists are woken up with a certain amount of basic goods on them in order to not immediately lose morale over not having them.
Increased Clinic's service capacity, because its occupancy is tied with the main function's occupancy.
Changed conditions when colonists go eat to ensure they only do so once per day.

Fixes
Crash when connecting street to an airlock in rough terrain.
Crash when deleting a save and then pressing delete again.
Crash when changing Mine's mined deposit and then visiting events log.
Crash when placing a construction office and then cancelling it.
Random freeze related to life support system.
Performance drop when pointing the mouse cursor at the sky.
Radio towers showed a list of visible ships even before they were finished.
Cargo ships could be deconstructed before being empty using the demolish tool or delete key.
Various issues with prioritization of resources going through pipes and conveyors.
Life support providers could create phantom resources in the global resources overview by counting their buffers twice.
Shuttle could block vehicles that were on its tile when it took off.
Colonists were not boarding the shuttle when going on a mission sometimes.
Colonists were not picking up as much consumer goods as they should've, resulting in more frequent shopping.
Children were eating as much as adults.
Mining drills could get each other stuck if one of them unpacked in the way of another.
Structure footprint icon in build menu was not properly positioned and scaled for larger structures.
Employee icons could overflow in the build menu if there were too many types of employees.
Cost of shuffling research was not updated on the button.
When mousing over colonist icons in apartments where there were more people than the capacity, the children were shown first instead of the adults.
Structures with split foot/vehicle entrances didn't always recognize when one of their entrances was being blocked.
All possible plant models were visible at Greenhouses when placing them.
Rocks had twice the resources in them if their sector was revealed using the debug mode.
Various minor fixes on models.
